Theatre programme
The town of Slaný is famous for its rich cultural and social life. Many cultural events are organized not only for its inhabitants but also for its visitors every month - theatre performances, exhibitions, prewievs, film performances etc.
The
most important cultural centre that the town of Slaný can
boast is the municipal theatre which has been completely
reconstructed this year. Tickets are available at the booking
office of the municipal cinema since the 20th of the previous
month, Mondays - Fridays from 15 to 20 o´clock, Saturdays and
Sundyas from 16 to 20 o´clock or before the performance.

Another famous cultural scene the Club of Dividýlko in Slaný
is currently located in former hotel Pošta in the TGM´s
square.

The town can boast with an interesting
interier of the local cinema. Although its capacity is not
very big in comparison with other cinemas it offers a real
experience of the film to its visitors.The performances
beginn at 17:00 and 19:30.Tickets for all film performances
in the relevant month are available at the booking office of
the Town cinema daily from the 1st to 30 th of that
respective month.
The booking office is open daily from 16,00 to 20,00 o´clock.
The Town
cinema does not work in Summer and its role is carried out by
the open-air theatre. In addition to film performances other
cultural events such as concerts of bands or festivals are
held there.

Antik Gallery - a
private gallery with a rich programme. You can find
exhibitions and previews of many well-known artists -
painters, sculptors etc. - in its spaces.
